This very special lady had many unique and special qualities, unconditional love, caring, creativity, compassionate, generous,
respectful, integrity, loyalty, funny, wisdom, welcoming and making you feel at ease with her big smile and warm hug.
Her real passions were her family, people, spirituality and gardening. She always seen the best in people and
would provide a safe harbour to weather the storm and then offer words of wisdom and encouragement to help you through.
She would often be out in the garden for hours as this was her piece of heaven on earth and she would be making all
types of sculptures from trees and twigs or planting off cuts in readiness for spring and then taking great
pleasure in watching them blossom in summer.
We use to call her Green finger Liz as she could grow just about anything when she put her mind to it.
Her favourite bird was the Robin Redbreast and they would often be seen in the garden skipping around her when
she was pottering. She would always say that “Robins were loved ones coming to say hello”.
“Thank you for teaching us the importance of family, integrity, being true to our self,
having unconditional HOPE, LOVE and FAITH and always encouraging us to reach for the stars.
Your legacy will live on through us and
we were blessed to have a Wife, Mum, Nanna, Sister, Aunty and Cousin like you, and as hard as it is
that you have now gone, we understand that you have now gained your Angel wings
and returned home to be reunited with your family and be the brightest star in
the sky, where you will continue to shine and guide us throughout our life. You will always
have a special place in our hearts and thank you for all the precious memories.”
Remember,
“The answer my Friend is blowing in the wind” and next time you see a “Robin”, it could be this very special lady saying “Hello”.
Goodbye, “Until we meet again”,
Love Always,
Your Family
